Products & Stock

When you are on the product page you can click on the size you want (even if it is crossed out) and then you will be given the option to 'NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE'.

Simply enter your email and we will alert you as soon as it comes back into stock.

NB - Not Applicable for Limited Edition Shirts

At the moment DANDY & SON is only available through our webshop.

Sorry - we do not offer wholesale currently.

Shipping & Delivery

Our standard WORLDWIDE SHIPPING is FREE for all orders over $100. 

Further information including typical delivery times can be found on our shipping and returns page.

We ship to most countries. However, there are some countries that we are unable to guarantee a tracked door to door service for and therefore are unable to ship to. Please refer to our shipping and returns page for the list of countries that we can't ship to.

UK and EU notice

For orders to/within the UK and EU, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be marked as the Seller for all orders to the UK for valued under £135 and orders to the EU valued under €150. You will still receive tracking info as normal.

Payments

You may pay via ShopPay, with your Paypal account or with any major credit card.

We also offer the option to pay in full or in 4 interest-free installments. If you choose installments automatic payments will be made every two weeks.

NB - There are no additional fees for choosing installment payments.

Unfortunately we can only accept one discount code at checkout.

If you would like to redeem ClubDANDY points and use a discount code at the same time then please send us an email and we will set this up for you manually.

If you are ordering from outside Norway or the United States then your order may incur import duties and/or taxes. These are levied by your government and the actual amount due will depend on a number of factors.

We do offer a delivery option with Tax/VAT and Duties pre-paid. Please refer to our shipping and returns page for more information.

Please check the terms of the delivery option you select carefully as there may be specific duties or taxes due in your country depending on the value of the order. 

Order Issues

Please check to see if you have a confirmation email after the order was placed. The tracking information will be sent to the same address when the order is shipped.

If you made an account with us at checkout you can also log in and track through your account. 

Customs Delays:

We have no control over which parcels your country's Customs choose to stop and search.

Most countries impose some sort of taxes and duties for imported goods but the rules often change and they can be very complicated.

We do offer a delivery option with Tax/VAT and Duties pre-paid to guarantee smooth processing. Please refer to our shipping and returns page for more information.

Don´t worry, we´ll take care of it. Please contact us via email and we´ll sort it out with you as quickly as we can!

Partial Shipments

Please note that some large orders will need to be split into separate boxes. We always pack and post these orders together but sometimes the individual boxes can become separated during shipping. If you've only received a portion of your order you will receive the remaining box(es) within the next few days. 

We try to fulfill orders right away so the window for change is very narrow. But send us an email anyway and we will do our best to process this in time.

Returns & Refunds

We give you a full 45 days to return your order for exchange or full refund.

You can return any item as long as it´s not used, with labels attached and still in original packaging. Postage will only be covered in the case of faulty goods.

When sending please include a copy of your order confirmation so we know who it´s from. We also suggest you obtain proof of postage.

If there´s something wrong with the item or we made a mistake we´ll refund your return shipping cost.

Due to fraud regulations we can only refund the card/Paypal used at the time of purchase.
